Since December 2021 I've been growing in the role of Engineering Manager for sofatutor's CRO tech team, leading a team of six developers in an Agile environment. In this role, I'm mainly responsible for the team's wellbeing, the development processes, the recruiting of new talents and the overall growth of my team's potential.
